Chase has served as a great example and a role model for me—he is all about making those that are around him better. I have never met someone with the kind of patience Chase has—he encourages me, and pushes me beyond what I believe are my limits. He has really helped me connect to the joy of playing and I am consistently excited for our lessons.

Chase is a master teacher. In every lesson, he has assessed my current ability, prescribed appropriate exercises to remedy shortcomings, and built upon material from previous lessons in a logical and methodical manner. Seemingly overnight I found myself improvising lines that were more melodically and harmonically pleasing than what I had been doing in the past. I still have plenty to work on, but I’m confident that with the depth of knowledge that Chase has, I’ll have plenty of room for continued growth.
— Chris S., professional saxophonist and woodwind doubler —
Chase is by far one of the best instructors I’ve ever had. I’m blown away by how eloquent he is with explaining his thoughts and the material he presents. It’s easy to see his talents when you hear him play music, but the more I study and practice with him, the more I realize how deep they actually go. If you get the chance, you should definitely take some lessons.
